“Fitness is a lifelong journey, not a fixed destination. Work hard, but work sustainably.”
Joshua Tai
Coach
Josh believes fitness is for everyone, and he's passionate about helping people stay strong, healthy and independent for years to come. Whether the goal is to move without pain, keep up with family, improve overall health, or simply feel more confident in their body, his coaching is built around one principle: sustainability.
Instead of extreme workouts, crash diets or unrealistic expectations, Josh focuses on building strength safely, improving energy levels and developing habits that actually fit into his clients' lives.
This same philosophy carries across very different settings. On the performance side, Josh brings extensive experience in athletic training, having worked with national athletes across badminton, hockey, rowing, netball, tennis and golf to help them get stronger, faster and more resilient for competition. Day to day, he applies that same depth of knowledge with everyday clients—guiding people through injury recovery and helping elderly clients move with greater confidence and independence in their daily lives.
