The ASND Approach
ASND is a space to learn, move, and get stronger under the guidance of coaches who are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely care - without fear of judgement.
Training builds discipline, resilience, and confidence. Most importantly, it gives us our best chance to live healthier, happier lives - with the freedom to move through life with greater ease and confidence, and to do more of what matters.
At ASND, we believe movement is for everyone: whether you’re a busy professional, a teenager finding your confidence, or navigating a new stage of life. If training feels unfamiliar or intimidating, we’re here to help you feel supported, not pressured.
Nothing disqualifies you from starting. You don’t need to be fit, experienced, or “ready”.
You just need a place that meets you where you are - and helps you move forward.

FAQ
Training & Suitability
-
Not at all. Many of our clients have never set foot in a gym before. No matter your starting point, we’ll meet you where you are and progress at a pace you’re comfortable with.
-
Absolutely. We work with clients across a wide range of injuries, chronic conditions, and special needs. Depending on your situation, we may require medical clearance before starting.
Logistics
-
We operate out of Core Collective, a co-working gym space with locations in Katong and Dempsey. No separate gym membership is required—everything is managed directly through ASND. We can also conduct sessions at your home or condo gym, depending on whether the equipment is suitable. We’ll advise on this during the consultation.
-
We run sessions daily, but availability can be limited. We’ll help find a suitable slot during onboarding, and if none are available, we can place you on a waitlist.
-
Yes. We offer 1-to-1 and small group personal training. Many of our clients train with partners, family members, or friends. We currently accommodate groups of up to three.

Pricing & Commitment
-
Our training is offered in packages, with sessions typically working out to around $160–$200 per session depending on location and format.
We’ll recommend the most suitable option during your initial consultation.
-
We offer an introductory session for those who would like to try training first. Ongoing training is done through packages, as this allows for better consistency and progress.
-
We’ll learn more about your lifestyle, history, and goals, and answer any questions you may have. If you’re considering home training, we’ll also advise on feasibility.
-
More frequent training generally leads to better results, but we understand time and cost constraints. We typically recommend at least once a week, as anything less makes meaningful progress difficult. If you train on your own outside of sessions, we can guide you on what to do as well.
