ASND is the kind of place I wish I had growing up: a space to learn, move, and get stronger under the guidance of someone who is knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely cares - without fear of judgement.

It’s taught me discipline, resilience, and confidence, but more importantly, it’s shown me how powerful it can be when someone feels supported rather than pressured.

At ASND, we believe movement gives us our best chance to live healthier, happier lives - whether you’re a stressed middle-management executive, a teenager finding their confidence, or an empty nester navigating a new stage of life.

Nothing disqualifies you from starting. You don’t need to be fit, experienced, or “ready”.

You just need a place that meets you where you are - and helps you move forward from there.

Known for his attentive, relationship-driven approach, Shane designs thoughtful, progressive programmes that help clients move better, feel better, and live stronger—in and out of the gym. Outside of coaching, he’s a lover of good food, cats, and community.

After years of chasing intensity and calorie burn, and multiple injuries that forced her to rebuild from scratch—including relearning a basic push-up during lockdown—Ariane now coaches with a focus on on longevity, encouraging strength training for health and confidence rather than aesthetics.

Grounded, empathetic, and intentional, Ariane helps people move better, rebuild when needed, and find joy in simply showing up.
